05:58 AM EST, 11/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Asta Energy Solutions (1AST.F) entered into a long-term supply agreement with an existing US customer and power transformer maker, Virginia Transformer Corp. The deal comes as the Austria-based copper component manufacturer plans to open a dedicated US sales office in the first quarter of 2027, according to a Wednesday release. The agreement will run through the end of 2029.
