WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — Global Indemnity PLC (GBLI) on Wednesday reported profit of $8.9 million in its third quarter.

The Wilmington, Delaware-based company said it had profit of 61 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for investment costs, came to 65 cents per share.

The insurance and reinsurance holding company posted revenue of $112.9 million in the period.
