Harsco Rail received approximately $8 million in September from its former subcontractor General Atomics, Gleisbaumechanik Brandenburg GmbH (GBM), pursuant to an asset sales agreement related to the DB contract; Enviri expects to receive remaining payments of approximately $34 million in the coming quarters, including $15-18 million in 2026
Enviri to record a net gain of approximately $19 million as a result of the GBM payment and with the execution of the DB agreement
