AMTD IDEA Group ("AMTD IDEA") (NYSE:AMTD, SGX: HKB)) announces that AMTD IDEA Group is in advanced dialogue to acquire a third hotel in New York City. 

Subsequently, AMTD IDEA announced that it has been in final stage of process to acquire a 2nd hotel in New York ("2nd NY hotel"), subject to final negotiations and approvals by both the buyer and seller end.
