The Atlanta-based company said it had profit of 33 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 38 cents per share.

The maker of fire hydrants, pipes and water valves posted revenue of $376.5 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $221.9 million, or $1.41 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.48 billion.

Mueller Water Products expects full-year revenue in the range of $1.44 billion to $1.47 billion.
