12:37 AM EST, 11/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mapfre (MAP.MC) priced its offering of two series of notes with a combined principal amount of 1 billion euros, according to a Wednesday release. The offering comprises 500 million euros of 3.875% senior notes due Nov. 12, 2029, and 500 million euros of subordinated notes due Nov. 12, 2041. Under its 5 billion-euro medium-term note program, the Spanish insurer will issue the 2029 notes at 99.672% of the principal amount and the 2041 notes at 99.515% of the principal amount. Settlement is scheduled for Nov. 12, with net proceeds earmarked for Mapfre's acquisition of Safety Insurance Group.
