12:43 AM EST, 11/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Engie (ENGI.PA), its subsidiary Electrabel, and the Belgian government extended the deadline to Dec. 12 to agree on heads of terms for the planned transfer of the group's nuclear activities to the state. The French utility said Wednesday the one-month extension gives the parties more time to continue discussions.
