12:57 AM EST, 11/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AutoStore Holdings (AUTO.OL) agreed to acquire Dutch warehouse automation specialist Logiqs for up to 30 million euros. The deal will allow the Norway-listed fulfillment company to integrate Logiqs' roaming pallet technology into its fulfilment platform, according to a Thursday release. The acquisition will be financed from existing cash reserves, and completion is expected in the fourth quarter, subject to customary closing conditions.
