03:19 AM EST, 11/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cadeler Plc (CDLR.OL) commenced trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday, according to a same-day filing. The offshore wind farm services company's trading debut under a new holding company is part of its redomiciliation to the UK from Denmark. It also involved the delisting of Cadeler A/S shares. Shareholders of the group will retain the same number of shares in the new holding company as part of the exchange offer launched for the redomiciliation. Shares not tendered for the acceptance of the proposal will be subject to a squeeze-out procedure.
