As of the date of this announcement, Dr. Kang Xinshan directly held 12.759 million shares of the company (accounting for about 16.21% of the company's total issued share capital), and Ms. Feng Yan directly held 9.9184 million shares (about 12.60%), for a total of 22.6775 million shares (about 28.81%). The voluntary ban on sale covers all shares directly held by the above controlling shareholders. Dr. Kang Xinshan also held 5 million shares (about 6.35%) indirectly through Xiamen Terry Investment Partnership (limited partnership). Teriwa Investment is a shareholding platform for Group employees. Its limited partnership interests are held by Group employees. Dr. Kang Xinshan is the sole general partner and executive partner, and is entrusted with managing the platform. Such shares are not covered by voluntary anti-sale commitments. The voluntary anti-sale commitment mentioned above is an additional voluntary undertaking by the controlling shareholder in addition to the anti-sale obligation under applicable laws and regulations and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited securities listing rules.
The board of directors believes that the voluntary sales ban commitment reflects the controlling shareholders' confidence in the company's long-term development prospects and their commitment in line with the interests of the company and all shareholders.
