04:16 AM EST, 11/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- British banking group OSB (OSB.L) appointed Fiona Clutterbuck as chair designate, according to a Thursday release. Clutterbuck, who currently chairs investment platform AJ Bell (AJB.L), will join the board Nov. 9. She will then succeed David Weymouth as chair when OSB announces its preliminary results, subject to regulatory approvals.
