05:24 AM EST, 11/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- British winemaker Chapel Down Group (CDGP.L) launched a retail offer of up to 1,162,790 ordinary shares at 0.43 pound sterling each. The offer for UK shareholders will close on Nov. 9, with results scheduled for the same day and trading in the new shares expected to begin on Nov. 13, according to a Thursday release.
