The outpatient mental health services provider posted revenue of $455.9 million in the period, also exceeding Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $428.8 million.

For the current quarter ending in December, LifeStance Health said it expects revenue in the range of $446 million to $466 million.

The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $1.74 billion to $1.76 billion.
