07:18 AM EST, 11/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AlphaValue/Baader Europe trimmed its price target for Rheinmetall (RHM.F) after the German defense technology company adjusted its full-year 2026 outlook in its third-quarter report. In a Thursday note, analysts lowered their price target on the stock to 1,132 euros from 1,328 euros. The research firm also reduced its EPS forecasts for 2026 and 2027 by 10.9% and 13.9%, respectively, to 33.7 euros and 47.9 euros. Citing delays related to Germany's Arminius project, Rheinmetall said it now estimates consolidated sales of 13.2 billion euros for 2026, compared with the prior outlook of 13.7 billion euros to 14.2 billion euros. Consequently, the research firm cut its sales projections by 8%, with its forecasts for Rheinmetall's weapon and ammunition segment down to the range of 4.4 billion euros to 4.5 billion euros from the previous 4.9 billion euros to 5.0 billion euros. "We have reset our FY26 forecasts to the new guidance and lowered our medium-term assumptions, as we now assume a slower margin ramp-up. These estimates are provisional and are likely to be revised after Rheinmetall's Capital Markets Day on 26-27 November, when management should update its medium-term targets," analysts wrote. The stock is rated add at AlphaValue/Baader Europe.
