Zhitong Finance App News, Huaqin Technology (603296.SH) announced that the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Hefei Qinhe Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (“Hefei Qinhe”), plans to jointly increase capital with Hefei Jinghe Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. (“Crystal Integration”) and Hefei Construction Investment Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. at a price of 1.00 yuan/registered capital to Hefei Jingyi Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. (“Jingyi Integration”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CRIC. Among them, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary plans to invest 1 billion yuan. After the capital increase was completed, Hefei Qinhe held 9.01% of Jingyi Integrated's shares. Jingyi Integrated will become the company's shareholding company, and the transaction will not result in a change in the scope of the company's consolidated statements.

According to reports, the main construction body of the Jingyi Integrated System Phase IV project focuses on 40 nm and 28 nm CIS, OLED and logic processes. The products can be widely used in OLED display panels, AI phones, AI computers, smart cars, and artificial intelligence. The company's participation in Jingyi Integration through a wholly-owned subsidiary is the upstream layout of the industrial chain around its main business. The main considerations are as follows: first, it is beneficial for the company to strengthen industrial collaboration with upstream wafer manufacturers, improve the relevant layout of the industrial chain, integrate superior resources from all parties, and enhance supply chain coordination capabilities and comprehensive competitive advantage; second, the key process direction and product application areas of the target company are correlated with the company's intelligent hardware products and customer application scenarios.
