09:36 AM EST, 11/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Almawarid Manpower Co's (SASE:1833) board recommended a 25% increase in its share capital to 250 million Saudi riyals through a bonus share issue. Shareholders will receive one bonus share for every four held, increasing the Saudi recruitment and human resources services company's total shares to 25 million from 20 million, according to a Thursday filing. Almawarid Manpower said the 50 million-riyal capital raise, which will be funded from retained earnings, aims to support the company's growth plans and strengthen its financial position. The proposed bonus share issue remains subject to regulatory and general meeting approval.
