11:43 PM EST, 11/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- RAK Properties (ADX:RAKPROP) logged 34.7 million Emirati dirhams in net profit after tax for the third quarter, compared with 56.2 million dirhams a year ago. EPS moved to 0.012 dirham from 0.019 dirham year over year, a Friday filing showed. For the three months ended Sept. 30, revenue was 276.6 million dirhams versus 390.7 million dirhams previously, the Abu Dhabi-listed property developer added.
