The Ministry of Civil Affairs, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Market Supervision, and the National Office for the Aging issued “Certain Measures on Cultivating Diverse Scenarios to Promote Consumption of Age-appropriate Products”. Measures are proposed to promote the application of smart age-appropriate products. Driven by major national science and technology projects, we will accelerate the application of cutting-edge technologies such as physical intelligence, big language models, brain-computer interfaces, and exoskeletons in the field of old-age care, and develop and upgrade smart devices such as disability care, rehabilitation care, and mental support for the elderly.
