The portfolio on offer comprises a dozen loans, including a $25 million loan supporting a data center forming part of the Stargate project, the unnamed sources noted. The Dutch lender is offering the loans for a minimum bid of $10 million. Bids will be accepted until Nov. 19. ING did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
