01:52 AM EST, 11/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vallourec (VK.PA) obtained a new 750 million-euro multicurrency revolving credit facility with a five-year term. The French steel tubes manufacturer said Friday that the facility includes a 225 million-euro accordion option, subject to lender approval, and two one-year extension options. The funds will be used for general corporate purposes. The new facility replaces Vallourec's existing undrawn 550 million-euro revolving credit facility signed in 2024, and the undrawn $350 million asset-based lending facility secured in 2022.
