02:06 AM EST, 11/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Raisio (RAIKV.HE, RAIVV.HE) Chairman Arto Tiitinen resigned from the role, effective immediately, due to personal reasons, according to a Friday release. The Finnish food group said its directors elected board member Leena Niemistö as the new chair, with a term ending at the next annual general meeting scheduled for April 20, 2027.
