02:25 AM EST, 11/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TBC Bank Group (TBCG.L) logged 400.7 million Georgian lari in net profit attributable to shareholders for the third quarter, compared with 359.5 million lari a year ago. EPS moved to 7.19 lari from 6.41 lari year over year, a Friday filing showed. For the three months ended Sept. 30, total operating income was 960.6 million lari versus 875.8 million lari previously, the London-listed Georgian banking group added. Meanwhile, the board declared a quarterly dividend of 1.75 lari per share for the third quarter, unchanged from the prior year.
