03:21 AM EST, 11/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Epiroc (EPI-B.ST, EPI-A.ST) agreed to acquire French mining spare parts supplier Aramine, according to a Friday release. The deal is scheduled to close in the fourth quarter, with Aramine to be integrated into the mining and infrastructure equipment company's Equipment and Service business area. Aramine reported revenue of 31 million euros in the year ended Sept. 30.
