03:37 AM EST, 11/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Telenor's (TEL.OL) Telenor Sverige subsidiary launched a mandatory cash offer for the remaining shares in Stockholm-based broadband and telecom services company Bahnhof (BAHN-B.ST). The Norwegian telecommunications group said Friday that the unconditional offer is priced at 62 Swedish kronor per share and follows the completion of Telenor Sverige's acquisition of a controlling stake in Bahnhof.
