04:30 AM EST, 11/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NMDC Group (NMDC.AD) subsidiary NMDC Dredging & Marine entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Teledyne Marine and SITECH Gulf UAE on advanced marine survey technology. The three-way cooperation also covers subsea equipment support and hydrographic innovation, the Abu Dhabi-based engineering and construction group said Friday. The agreement and the signing of other memorandums of understanding were announced during the group's participation at the ADIPEC 2026 energy exhibition in the United Arab Emirates.
