04:42 AM EST, 11/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bezant Resources (BZT.L) will issue 700 million new shares to Clive Roberts after a partial conversion of an unsecured convertible loan funding facility provided by Sanderson Capital Partners. Roberts, who was assigned 175,000 pounds sterling of Sanderson Capital's 700,000-pound loan, had submitted a conversion notice covering his assigned amount, according to a Friday release. Following the conversion, the natural resources exploration and development company said 525,000 pounds of the facility remains outstanding.
