04:50 AM EST, 11/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Finseta (FIN.L) subsidiary Finseta Payment Solutions signed an affiliate agreement with Amir Mehrad, the sole shareholder of UAE-based investment vehicle Homa Holdings. Mehrad will refer prospective customers to the British financial technology company for its currency exchange and international payments products, with the aim of growing revenue, according to a Friday filing.
