05:36 AM EST, 11/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Xspray Pharma (XSPRAY.ST) plans to launch a rights issue of 90 million kronor, with an option to add 72 million kronor through an over-allotment issue. The pharmaceutical company said Friday it received subscription undertakings and intentions totaling 104 million kronor, or about 116% of the rights issue, including commitments from life science investor Flerie (FLERIE.ST), Ribbskottet, and the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund. Existing shareholders will receive one subscription right per share, and five rights entitle them to one new share at 9.50 kronor. The subscription period runs from Nov. 17 to Dec. 1. Proceeds will fund preparations for the planned launches of Dasynoc and Nilopki, help advance the company's development portfolio, expand manufacturing capacity, and cover working capital needs until the products' anticipated approvals.
