07:03 AM EST, 11/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Contango Holdings (CGO.L) appointed Andrew Darare as chief executive officer and Yalin Sun as chief financial officer, according to a Friday filing. Further, Gordon Thompson will step down as chairman of the London-listed natural resource development company. Outgoing CEO Daniel Dos Santos will remain on the board as a nonexecutive director. The changes are expected to support and "fully unlock the potential" of the company's Muchesu project in Zimbabwe, as the board and senior management are now predominantly based in the African country.
