KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III Inc. is actively marketing the 17-story tower at 201 17th St. for sale. The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports that KBS purchased the building back in 2015 for $98.3 million.

In a recent public filing, KBS said it needed to sell some properties to satisfy debt obligations.

The tower is 88% leased, with long-term anchor tenancy and high-quality amenities in the surrounding Atlantic Station development.

The following companies are tenants in the building:

Worldpay US, Inc. / FIS (Fidelity Information Services), Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, Purchasing Power (holding a multi-floor lease commitment through 2032), Tractian, Feedzai Inc., and Bluewolf (an IBM Company — Salesforce Consulting) – Cloud consulting and advisory services.

Amenities include a 15,000-square-foot penthouse area with a modern outdoor deck, a barbecue grill, a bar, and skyline views; a conference facility tailored for tenant meetings and presentations; a dedicated lounge for relaxation and collaboration; and an on-site café.
