Shares of Oracle Corp (NYSE:ORCL) rose sharply in pre-market trading.

TikTok has signed binding agreements with a group of investors, including Oracle, Silver Lake and Emirati investment firm MGX, to form a new TikTok U.S. entity, reported The Associated Press, citing an internal memo. The deal is expected to close Jan. 22.

Oracle shares jumped 5.7% to $190.23 in the pre-market trading session.

The Virginia Beach-based veterinary consolidator disclosed in an 8-K filing dated Wednesday that it entered into a consulting agreement with 622 Capital LLC last week, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
• Julong Holding Ltd (NASDAQ:JLHL) rose 24.3% to $3.79 in pre-market trading.
• WhiteFiber Inc (NASDAQ:WYFI) rose 18.2% to $16.90 in pre-market trading after the company announced a colocation agreement.
• Rising Dragon Acquisition (NASDAQ:RDAC) shares jumped 17.4% to $12.20 in pre-market trading after the company filed a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
• Antelope Enterprise Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:AEHL) gained 12.2% to $2.21 in pre-market trading after gaining 10% on Thursday.
• Linkhome Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:LHAI) gained 11.6% to $12.49 in pre-market trading. The rally followed Linkhome Holdings‘ announcement of a strategic partnership with Move Inc., a News Corp (NASDAQ:NWSA) subsidiary.
• Canopy Growth Corp (NASDAQ:CGC) rose 8.2% to $1.83 in pre-market trading after falling 12% on Thursday.
• Intuitive Machines Inc (NASDAQ:LUNR) gained 7.8% to $11.70 in pre-market trading after gaining 6% on Thursday.

• Zeta Network Group (NASDAQ:ZNB) fell 29.4% to $0.72 in pre-market trading after jumping over 55% on Thursday.
• cbdMD Inc (NYSE:YCBD) tumbled 19.2% to $1.56 in pre-market trading after dipping 15% on Thursday.
• Aimei Health Technology Co Ltd (NASDAQ:AFJK) fell 15.8% to $44.00 in pre-market trading after jumping more than 100% on Thursday.
• VS Media Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:VSME) fell 13.2% to $0.090 in pre-market trading after jumping 38% on Thursday.
• SeaStar Medical Holding Corp (NASDAQ:ICU) declined 11.8% to $0.26 in pre-market trading. SeaStar Medical announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split, effective Jan. 2, 2026.
• Mega Fortune Co Ltd (NASDAQ:MGRT) fell 10.7% to $7.87 in pre-market trading after declining around 33% on Thursday.
• Ryvyl Inc (NASDAQ:RVYL) dipped 10.7% to $0.21 in pre-market trading. RVYL shares fell around 14% on Thursday after the company announced stockholders approved a reverse stock split at a ratio between 1-for-20 to 1-for-50 shares and an increase in the number of authorized shares from 100,000,000 to 500,000,000.
• Nike Inc (NYSE:NKE) shares dipped 9.9% to $59.11 in pre-market trading. Nike reported better-than-expected earnings and sales results for the second quarter, but posted a decline in gross margins for the second straight quarter.
• BlackBerry Ltd (NYSE:BB) dipped 4.6% to $4.13 in pre-market trading following third-quarter results.
• Strata Critical Medical Inc (NASDAQ:SRTA) fell 4.1% to $5.00 in pre-market trading.
