Shares of Oracle Corp (NYSE:ORCL) rose sharply in pre-market trading.

TikTok has signed binding agreements with a group of investors, including Oracle, Silver Lake and Emirati investment firm MGX, to form a new TikTok U.S. entity, reported The Associated Press, citing an internal memo. The deal is expected to close Jan. 22.

Oracle shares jumped 5.7% to $190.23 in the pre-market trading session.

  • WhiteFiber Inc (NASDAQ:WYFI) rose 18.2% to $16.90 in pre-market trading after the company announced a colocation agreement.
  • Rising Dragon Acquisition (NASDAQ:RDAC) shares jumped 17.4% to $12.20 in pre-market trading after the company filed a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
  • Antelope Enterprise Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:AEHL) gained 12.2% to $2.21 in pre-market trading after gaining 10% on Thursday.

  • VS Media Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:VSME) fell 13.2% to $0.090 in pre-market trading after jumping 38% on Thursday.
  • SeaStar Medical Holding Corp (NASDAQ:ICU) declined 11.8% to $0.26 in pre-market trading. SeaStar Medical announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split, effective Jan. 2, 2026.
  • Mega Fortune Co Ltd (NASDAQ:MGRT) fell 10.7% to $7.87 in pre-market trading after declining around 33% on Thursday.
  • Ryvyl Inc (NASDAQ:RVYL) dipped 10.7% to $0.21 in pre-market trading.
