Shares of RF Industries Ltd (NASDAQ:RFIL) rose sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results.

The San Diego-based interconnect products manufacturer reported fourth-quarter net sales of $22.7 million, up 23% from $18.5 million a year earlier and 15% from $19.8 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2025. Non-GAAP net income was $2.1 million, or 20 cents per diluted share, compared with $394,000, or 4 cents per share, in the fourth quarter of 2024.

RF Industries shares jumped 21.4% to $8.76 in the pre-market trading session.
