U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 200 points on Thursday.

Shares of WhiteFiber Inc (NASDAQ:WYFI) fell in pre-market trading after the company announced a $200 million Convertible Senior Notes offering.

WhiteFiber shares dipped 5.5% to $19.19 in pre-market trading.

• Caleres, Inc. (NYSE:CAL) shares tumbled 8.6% to $12.84 in pre-market trading. Caleres named Dan Karpel as interim CFO effective immediately.
• Aura Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:AURA) shares dipped 7% to $5.10 in pre-market trading after gaining 10% on Wednesday.
• GoldMining Inc (NYSE:GLDG) shares fell 5.5% to $1.55 in pre-market trading.
• T1 Energy Inc (NYSE:TE) fell 5.4% to $7.40 in pre-market trading after the company filed for a mixed shelf offering.
• Aimei Health Technology Co Ltd (NASDAQ:AFJK) declined 5% to $54.34 in pre-market trading after jumping 22% on Wednesday.
• United Microelectronics Corp (NYSE:UMC) fell 4% to $10.69 in pre-market trading.
• Sony Group Corp (NYSE:SONY) fell 2.8% to $23.02 in pre-market trading.
