Listen to the news

Potential Hawkins, Inc. (NASDAQ:HWKN) shareholders may wish to note that the Independent Director, James Faulconbridge, recently bought US$389k worth of stock, paying US$130 for each share. Although the purchase only increased their holding by 6.1%, it is still a solid purchase in our view.

If someone buys shares at well below current prices, it's a good sign on balance, but keep in mind they may no longer see value. In this case we're pleased to report that the insider purchases were made at close to current prices.
