Shares of Ouster Inc (NASDAQ:OUST) rose sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued first-quarter sales guidance above estimates.

Ouster reported fourth-quarter revenue of $62.18 million, beating analyst estimates of $41.1 million, according to Benzinga Pro. The company reported a fourth-quarter loss of six cents per share, beating estimates for a loss of 35 cents per share.

Ouster shares jumped 13.8% to $23.04 in the pre-market trading session.
