U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Dow Jones index falling around 100 points on Wednesday.

Shares of Latham Group Inc (NASDAQ:SWIM) rose sharply during Wednesday's session after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued FY26 sales guidance above estimates.

Latham Group reported quarterly losses of 6 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of losses of 10 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $99.950 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $96.786 million.

Latham Group shares jumped 25.7% to $8.10 on Wednesday.

• SCHMID Group NV (NASDAQ:SHMD) shares jumped 29.1% to $8.28. SCHMID delivered first specialized InfinityLine H+ for panel level packaging with formats up to 700×700mm to a leading U.S. technology company.
• Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises Inc (NYSE:BW) gained 23% to $9.95 after the company reported quarterly financial results. The company announced it received full notice to proceed on a $2.4 billion design-build agreement with Base Electron.
• B&G Foods Inc (NYSE:BGS) rose 20.4% to $6.09 after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter sales results and issued FY26 adjusted EPS guidance above estimates.
• Accel Entertainment Inc (NYSE:ACEL) gained 15.9% to $12.83 after the company announced better-than-expected quarterly financial results.
• Reservoir Media Inc (NASDAQ:RSVR) jumped 13.6% to $10.23.
• Dianthus Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:DNTH) gained 12.7% to $62.44. Guggenheim analyst Yatin Suneja maintained Dianthus Therapeutics with a Buy and raised the price target from $100 to $200.
• SSR Mining Inc (NASDAQ:SSRM) rose 10.4% to $31.94 after the company announced it entered into a binding memorandum of understanding to sell 80% of its ownership in the Çöpler mine and related properties in Türkiye.
• Coinbase Global Inc (NASDAQ:COIN) gained 10% to $200.63.
• Hyperliquid Strategies Inc (NASDAQ:PURR) gained 9.6% to $5.10.
• Wix.Com Ltd (NASDAQ:WIX) shares jumped 8.8% to $80.94 after it reported its fiscal fourth-quarter 2025 results on Wednesday.
• Strategy Inc (NASDAQ:MSTR) gained 8.8% to $144.38.
• Galaxy Digital Inc (NASDAQ:GLXY) rose 8.6% to $22.47.
• Valneva SE (NASDAQ:VALN) gained 8.6% to $11.13.
• AST SpaceMobile Inc (NASDAQ:ASTS) rose 8.5% to $100.54. On Tuesday, AST SpaceMobile disclosed a partnership with TELUS (NYSE:TU) to deliver satellite-powered cellular broadband connectivity.
• Box Inc (NYSE:BOX) gained 8.2% to $25.88 following upbeat quarterly results.
• Moderna Inc (NASDAQ:MRNA) rose 6.3% to $52.95 after the company announced that it will settle all litigation with Arbutus Biopharma and Genevant Sciences.
