U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Dow futures falling more than 1% on Monday.

Shares of BETA Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:BETA) fell sharply in pre-market trading following fourth-quarter results.

Beta Technologies reported quarterly losses of $2.02 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of losses of 84 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $11.133 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $7.859 million.

BETA Technologies shares dipped 3.1% to $18.67 in pre-market trading.

• Aura Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:AURA) fell 11.4% to $4.96 in pre-market trading.
• Tevogen Bio Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:TVGN) dipped 8.9% to $6.66 in pre-market trading. Tevogen, on Thursday, announced that it has entered into a non-exclusive, non-binding Letter of Intent to explore a transaction with Apozeal, focused on developing cost-effective medicines.
• ArcelorMittal SA (NYSE:MT) fell 7.9% to $51.03 in pre-market trading after declining 4% on Friday.
• Invivyd Inc (NASDAQ:IVVD) declined 7.2% to $1.67 in pre-market trading. Invivyd, last week, posted upbeat quarterly results.
• ORIC Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:ORIC) dipped 6.9% to $12.78 in pre-market trading. ORIC Pharmaceuticals reported inducement grants under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).
• York Space Systems Inc (NYSE:YSS) tumbled 6.4% to $20.01 in pre-market trading after dipping 6% on Friday.
• Heartland Express Inc (NASDAQ:HTLD) fell 6.4% to $9.50 in pre-market trading after dipping 6% on Friday.
• Instacart (NASDAQ:CART) dipped 5.7% to $35.91 in pre-market trading.
• Nanobiotix SA – ADR (NASDAQ:NBTX) fell 5.4% to $32.14 in pre-market trading.
• Frontier Group Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:ULCC) fell 5.3% to $3.43 in pre-market trading.
• AMTD Digital Inc – ADR (NYSE:HKD) declined 5.1% to $1.48 in pre-market trading.
