12:01 AM EDT, 04/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Camellia's (CAM.L) 74%-owned Goodricke Group signed a memorandum of understanding to sell its Chalouni Tea Estate for 190 million Indian rupees. The British agriculture group said Tuesday the deal is subject to due diligence.
