Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:ULH) today announced that Michael Rogers has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective June 1, 2026.

Mr. Rogers currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Conlan Tire Co., Hercules Materials Holdings LLC and certain of their privately held affiliates.
