U.S. stocks were lower, with the Dow Jones index falling over 100 points on Thursday.

Shares of BlackBerry Ltd (NYSE:BB) rose sharply after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued first-quarter sales guidance above estimates.

BlackBerry reported adjusted earnings per share of 6 cents, beating the consensus estimate of 4 cents. In addition, the company reported revenue of $156.00 million, beating the consensus estimate of $144.36 million, per Benzinga Pro data.

BlackBerry shares jumped 12.2% to $3.96 on Thursday.

• Forte Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:FBRX) surged 22.6% to $32.20. The company announced the pricing of its $150 million offering of 5.7 million shares at 26.27 per share.
• Eos Energy Enterprises Inc (NASDAQ:EOSE) gained 19.6% to $5.49. The company reported preliminary first-quarter revenue results.
• mF International Limited (NASDAQ:MFI) jumped 18.2% to $13.25.
• Satellogic Inc (NASDAQ:SATL) gained 15.3% to $7.94.
• Invivyd Inc (NASDAQ:IVVD) gained 13.7% to $1.54 as the company announced progress in its REVOLUTION clinical program for VYD2311, a novel monoclonal antibody aimed at preventing symptomatic COVID-19.
• Merlin Inc (NASDAQ:MRLN) rose 13.3% to $8.86.
• AXT Inc (NASDAQ:AXTI) gained 13.2% to $60.20.
• Wolfspeed Inc (NYSE:WOLF) gained 12.7% to $23.18.
• York Space Systems Inc (NYSE:YSS) surged 11.1% to $30.98.
• Firefly Aerospace Inc (NASDAQ:FLY) gained 8.1% to $41.20.
• Bloom Energy Corp (NYSE:BE) gained 7.5% to $157.83.
• Plug Power Inc (NASDAQ:PLUG) rose 5.8% to $2.80. Susquehanna analyst Biju Perincheril maintained Plug Power with a Neutral and raised the price target from $2.5 to $2.75.
• Constellation Brands Inc (NYSE:STZ) jumped 5.7% to $158.87 as the company posted better-than-expected earnings for the fourth quarter, after the closing bell on Wednesday.
• Marvell Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MRVL) gained 5.3% to $120.56 after Barclays upgraded the stock from Equal-Weight to Overweight and raised its price target from $105 to $150.
