(ADX:IHC), d/b/a IHC - took a majority interest in the hospitality portfolio of British businessman Richard Caring, according to an April 11 release. The ten-figure investment gives the Abu Dhabi-based luxury and hospitality investment platform control of The Ivy Brasseries, a luxury restaurant portfolio of Caprice Holdings that includes Scott's, Sexy Fish, and Noema. Diafa also acquired a share in The Birley Clubs, which includes private members' clubs like Annabel's, George, Harry's Bar, and Mark's Club.
