TeraWulf, BRP And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Wednesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Dow futures falling more than 50 points on Wednesday.

Shares of TeraWulf Inc. (NASDAQ:WULF) fell in pre-market trading after the company reported preliminary results and announced a common stock offering.

After the market close on Tuesday, TeraWulf said it expects first-quarter revenue to be between $30 million and $35 million versus $34.41 million in the first quarter of 2025. The company also said it expects adjusted EBITDA to be between breakeven and $3 million in the first quarter.

TeraWulf further announced that it expects to offer $800 million of its common stock in a public offering.

TeraWulf shares dipped 5% to $19.91 in pre-market trading.

  • Elemental Royalty Corporation (NASDAQ:ELE) declined 8% to $18.75 in pre-market trading.
  • Syntec Optics Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:OPTX) fell 5.3% to $10.68 in pre-market trading. Syntec Optics recently reported a year-over-year increase in its fourth-quarter financial results.
  • Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:FET) fell 5.3% to $55.99 in pre-market trading. Forum Energy Technologies will host its first quarter earnings conference call on Friday, May 1.
  • Adlai Nortye Ltd. (NASDAQ:ANL) declined 4.3% to $15.00 in pre-market trading after jumping 30% on Tuesday.
  • Lightwave Logic, Inc. (NASDAQ:LWLG) fell 3.4% to $11.80 in pre-market trading after gaining 7% on Tuesday.
  • Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. (NASDAQ:SCZM) declined 3.2% to $8.74 in pre-market trading.
  • CoreWeave, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRWV) fell 3.2% to $113.50 in pre-market trading after adding more than 6% on Tuesday.
