12:01 AM EDT, 04/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nordic Mining (NOM.OL) on Wednesday noted a favorable ruling from a court of appeal in Norway regarding a request for an injunction against its Engebø Rutile and Garnet project in the country. The Norwegian mining company said the appellate court upheld an earlier decision of a district court not to grant the injunction request against the project of non-government organizations Friends of the Earth Norway and Nature and Youth.
