12:06 AM EDT, 04/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Citycon (CTY1S.HE) said Monday it secured a five-year secured loan facility of 220 million euros from Aareal Bank. Chief Financial Officer Hilik Attias said the facility strengthened the Finnish real estate group's balance sheet with a longer debt maturity profile and reduced refinancing needs.
