12:06 AM EDT, 04/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Agrana (AGR.VI) formalized its expansion to Slovenia through the acquisition of locally based food company Mercator-Emba. The Vienna-based food and industrial group said Thursday it assumed management and production activities upon completion of the transaction.
