12:07 AM EDT, 04/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Stellantis' (STLAM.MI, STLAP.PA) Peugeot plans to partner with Dongfeng Motor Corp Ltd to produce cars at the latter's Wuhan plant in China. The partnership comes as the automaker presented two new concept cars, the Peugeot Concept 6 sedan and Peugeot Concept 8 SUV, at the Beijing auto show for its international growth plan, according to an April 24 release. Bloomberg News noted in a same-day report that Peugeot had previously pulled back from China and is now making its return under a new strategy. It also plans to export China-built vehicles to its overseas markets.
