Speaking at the Venezuela Energetica conference, Carrillo said the Italian energy group and its Spanish partner are looking to increase daily production to 645 million cubic feet, as a first step, from the current capacity of 580 million cubic feet. Carrillo did not provide a timeline for the target but said the approach will be step by step. Eni and Repsol did not immediately respond to requests for comments from MT Newswires.
