12:05 AM EDT, 05/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Logitech International (LOGN.SW) on Thursday formally kicked off its new three-year share buyback program of up to $1.4 billion. The Swiss computer peripherals company said the new program is in line with its capital allocation strategy. The new scheme follows the completion of the $1.6 billion share buyback program launched in 2023, which saw the repurchase of 17,305,662 shares.
